Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture.
- Using hands or a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch bite-sized balls.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bites to firm up before serving.
