Description

A fun and quick twist on the classic cheeseburger, these Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps are crispy, cheesy, and packed with savory flavors. They come together in just a few minutes, making them perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup pickles, sliced

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 tablespoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a small amount of ketchup and mustard in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Layer on the cooked beef mixture, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and pickles.
  7. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
  8. Lightly spray the wraps with cooking spray and place them in the preheated air fryer basket, seam side down.
  9. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are golden and crispy.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before slicing in half. Serve with extra ketchup and mustard for dipping, if desired.

Notes

Variations: Add bacon, a veggie option, or a spicy kick with jalapeños or hot sauce.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.

Freezing: Wrap tightly and freeze for later. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.

Gluten-free: Use gluten-free tortillas if preferred.
