1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.

Swap chicken with turkey for a great way to use leftovers.

Add vegetables like peas, mushrooms, or carrots for extra texture.

Substitute cottage cheese with ricotta for a smoother consistency.

Replace crackers with breadcrumbs for a different topping.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep it creamy.
