Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined, then beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture just until combined.
