Description

Ingredients

2 large apples, chopped

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Spread the apple mixture into a small greased baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the topping is golden and the apples are soft and bubbling.
  7. Serve warm, optionally with yogurt or almond milk.
