A luscious and creamy dessert dip made with cream cheese, brown sugar, and Heath toffee bits. Perfectly paired with crisp apple slices for a sweet and tangy treat, ideal for fall gatherings, holidays, or quick indulgent snacking.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup Heath toffee bits (with or without chocolate)
4–5 crisp apples, sliced (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent apples from browning)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Beat the mixture with a hand mixer or stir vigorously with a spatula until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the toffee bits, reserving a small handful for topping.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle reserved toffee bits on top.
- In a separate bowl, toss the apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Arrange the apples around the dip and serve immediately.
Notes
Dip can be made up to 24 hours in advance and stored in the fridge.
Use low-fat cream cheese for a lighter version.
Best apples to use: Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
Make sure toffee bits are gluten-free if needed.
Great with graham crackers, pretzels, strawberries, or cinnamon pita chips too.
