Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 tablespoons milk
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or additional olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, garlic, olive oil, parsley, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything gently with your hands or a fork until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the bottom.
