Ingredients
1 ripe banana, frozen
1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, chilled
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup ice (optional, for extra thickness)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of chamomile tea and allow it to chill completely in the fridge.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana, chilled chamomile tea, almond milk, almond butter, honey or maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon to your liking.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a banana slice or cinnamon dusting if desired.
Notes
Use a non-frozen banana and skip the ice for a creamier texture.
Swap almond milk for oat or coconut milk for a different flavor profile.
