Description

A soothing, creamy Banana Chamomile Tea Smoothie made with calming chamomile tea, frozen banana, almond butter, and a hint of cinnamon. Perfect for a relaxing morning or unwinding at the end of the day.


Ingredients

1 ripe banana, frozen

1/2 cup brewed chamomile tea, chilled

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup ice (optional, for extra thickness)


Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of chamomile tea and allow it to chill completely in the fridge.
  2. In a blender, combine the frozen banana, chilled chamomile tea, almond milk, almond butter, honey or maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or cinnamon to your liking.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with a banana slice or cinnamon dusting if desired.

Notes

Use a non-frozen banana and skip the ice for a creamier texture.
