Ingredients

6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix

1/2 cup butter (1 stick)

1 (10 oz) bag mini marshmallows

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sliced banana chips (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large saucepan.
  3. Stir in the mini marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  4. Whisk together the milk and banana pudding mix in a separate bowl until smooth.

  6. Add the Rice Krispies cereal and stir until evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down firmly to set.

Notes

For extra sweetness, drizzle melted chocolate over the top.

Add peanut butter to the melted marshmallow mixture for a richer flavor.

For a fluffier texture, incorporate whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the fridge for up to a week.

Reheat in the microwave for a few seconds or enjoy cold.
