Ingredients
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup granola
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chopped almonds (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Prepare clean serving glasses or jars for layering.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each glass.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas followed by raspberries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the fruit.
- Repeat the layers of yogurt, bananas, raspberries, and granola until the glasses are filled.
- Top with extra raspberries, chopped almonds, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
