Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, milk, and Greek yogurt.
- Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
