Description

A rich, creamy, no-bake dessert that tastes just like brownie batter. This Brownie Batter Dip combines cream cheese, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips for a decadent treat that’s ready in minutes and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons milk (or more as needed)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips by hand.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  5. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, fresh fruit, or cookies.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes before serving if chilled.

Add more milk if the dip is too thick, or more powdered sugar to thicken.

Try adding peppermint extract, peanut butter, or Nutella for variations.

Can be made dairy-free with vegan cream cheese and butter alternatives.
