Description

A creamy, no-bake dessert made with tender apples, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, caramel sauce, and crunchy toffee bits. This light and nostalgic treat is perfect for holidays, potlucks, or an easy family dessert.

Ingredients

1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup cold milk

1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

3 cups diced apples (about 3 medium apples)

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling

1/2 cup toffee bits

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until it begins to thicken.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the diced apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Add the apples, mini marshmallows, caramel sauce, toffee bits, and cinnamon (if using) to the pudding mixture. Fold gently until evenly combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to firm up.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with additional caramel sauce and sprinkle with extra toffee bits if desired.

Notes

Use a mix of sweet and tart apples for balanced flavor.

For extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts.

Chill longer for enhanced flavor blending.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Do not freeze, as the texture may become watery when thawed.
