Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 cup apple pie filling, chopped into small pieces
8 soft caramel candies
2 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of chopped apple pie filling in the center of each round, then add a soft caramel candy.
- Carefully pinch the dough edges together to seal and roll into a ball.
- Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- While still warm, brush each pie bomb with melted butter.
- Roll each in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar until fully coated.
