These Cheesy Big Mac Wraps bring all the classic fast-food burger flavors—seasoned beef, tangy special sauce, crisp lettuce, pickles, and melty cheese—wrapped in a warm tortilla for an easy homemade lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb (450g) ground beef

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup diced onions
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
4 dill pickle slices, chopped
Optional: sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns, until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
- Spread a few tablespoons of the prepared sauce over each tortilla.
- Evenly divide the cooked beef among the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, chopped pickles, cheese, and optional tomato slices.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly, burrito-style.
- Place wraps seam side down in a heated skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for a lighter option.
Shredded cabbage can replace lettuce for extra crunch.
Add hot sauce or smoked paprika to the sauce for extra heat.
Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a heartier texture.
Store components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat assembled wraps in a skillet to maintain crispness.
