Description

These Cheesy Big Mac Wraps bring all the classic fast-food burger flavors—seasoned beef, tangy special sauce, crisp lettuce, pickles, and melty cheese—wrapped in a warm tortilla for an easy homemade lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tsp white vinegar

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 lb (450g) ground beef

Salt & pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

½ cup diced onions

1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

4 dill pickle slices, chopped

Optional: sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 6–8 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns, until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
  4. Spread a few tablespoons of the prepared sauce over each tortilla.
  5. Evenly divide the cooked beef among the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, diced onions, chopped pickles, cheese, and optional tomato slices.
  6. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly, burrito-style.
  7. Place wraps seam side down in a heated skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for a lighter option.

Shredded cabbage can replace lettuce for extra crunch.

Add hot sauce or smoked paprika to the sauce for extra heat.

Whole wheat tortillas can be used for a heartier texture.

Store components separately in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Reheat assembled wraps in a skillet to maintain crispness.
