Description
A juicy Chicken Caesar Burger that combines seasoned ground chicken with Parmesan and spices, topped with crisp romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing on a toasted bun for a fresh yet satisfying twist on a classic salad.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken (or ground chicken breast or turkey)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and crisp
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
4 burger buns, toasted
Optional: sliced tomato
Optional: sliced red onion
Optional: extra Parmesan cheese
Optional: crispy bacon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil if needed.
- Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
- Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
- Add a romaine lettuce leaf, then place the cooked chicken patty on top.
- Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the patty and add any optional toppings as desired.
- Close with the top bun and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra bold flavor, mix a small amount of anchovy paste into the Caesar dressing.
Add a slice of mozzarella or provolone during the last minute of cooking for extra creaminess.
For a low-carb option, replace the bun with large lettuce leaves.
Ground turkey can be substituted for a leaner variation.
Store patties separately from buns and lettuce to maintain freshness.
