Description

A juicy Chicken Caesar Burger that combines seasoned ground chicken with Parmesan and spices, topped with crisp romaine lettuce and creamy Caesar dressing on a toasted bun for a fresh yet satisfying twist on a classic salad.

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken (or ground chicken breast or turkey)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and crisp

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

4 burger buns, toasted

Optional: sliced tomato

Optional: sliced red onion

Optional: extra Parmesan cheese

Optional: crispy bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined and form into 4 equal patties.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil if needed.
  3. Cook patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and juices run clear.
  4. Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
  5. Add a romaine lettuce leaf, then place the cooked chicken patty on top.
  6. Drizzle additional Caesar dressing over the patty and add any optional toppings as desired.
  7. Close with the top bun and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra bold flavor, mix a small amount of anchovy paste into the Caesar dressing.

Add a slice of mozzarella or provolone during the last minute of cooking for extra creaminess.

For a low-carb option, replace the bun with large lettuce leaves.

Ground turkey can be substituted for a leaner variation.

Store patties separately from buns and lettuce to maintain freshness.
