Quick, delicious, and comforting Chicken Crescent Roll-Ups made with tender shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for snacks or appetizers.
Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each crescent roll up from the wide end toward the point. Place rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use leftover or rotisserie chicken for convenience.
Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the filling for variation.
Sprinkle red pepper flakes for heat or swap cheddar with mozzarella for a milder taste.
