Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

1/4 cup chopped green onions or chives (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish and arrange chicken breasts in a single layer.
  3. Mix olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the chicken.
  4. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chicken.
  6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle chopped green onions or chives (if using).
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with your favorite sides.
