Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped apples

1/2 cup chopped bananas

1/2 cup chopped mangoes

1/2 cup chopped grapes (halved)

1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

1 cup thick yogurt (Greek yogurt or hung curd)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, or pistachios)

1 tablespoon raisins (optional)


Instructions

  1. Chop the apples, bananas, mangoes, and grapes, and place them in a large mixing bowl along with the pomegranate seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  3. Stir in the honey or maple syrup and ground cinnamon (if using) into the yogurt.
  4. Pour the yogurt mixture over the chopped fruits and gently fold to coat the fruit evenly.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts and raisins over the top.
  6. Chill the fruit bowl for 15–30 minutes before serving.
