Ingredients
2 large apples (Honeycrisp or Fuji)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour blend)
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk of choice
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar or coconut sugar

- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with panko, cinnamon, and sugar mixed together.
- Dip each apple wedge in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Coat each wedge in the egg and milk mixture.
- Press each wedge into the panko mixture until fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Arrange the apple fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with dips like caramel sauce or vanilla yogurt.
