Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat (or sirloin tips, cubed)
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp thyme
2 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water)
12 oz egg noodles (or your preferred pasta)
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Add beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, and thyme to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Mix cornstarch with water until smooth; stir into crockpot and cook for 20-30 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and toss with butter.
- Spoon beef and thickened gravy over buttery noodles and serve warm.
Notes
For added veggies, swap in mushrooms or bell peppers.
