Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef (or plant-based ground alternative)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 hamburger buns

Instructions
