Description
This easy edible cookie dough for one is a quick and indulgent treat, made with simple ingredients and no baking required. It’s perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated for safety)
1–2 tablespoons milk (or non-dairy milk)
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract, flour, and salt. Stir to combine well.
- Gradually add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches your desired consistency.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips to add a little extra sweetness and crunch.
- Enjoy immediately by scooping it out and eating straight from the bowl, or refrigerate for later!
Notes
For a vegan version, use non-dairy butter and milk, and substitute maple syrup for brown sugar.
If you prefer a nutty twist, fold in chopped walnuts or pecans instead of chocolate chips.
For a gluten-free option, swap the all-purpose flour for a gluten-free alternative like heat-treated almond flour.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
