Ingredients
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup diced green chilies (mild or spicy)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced green chilies, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
