Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lb ground beef or turkey
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup marinara sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Cook spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking.

In a large skillet, cook ground beef (or turkey) over medium heat, breaking apart as it browns. Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.

Stir in marinara sauce, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes (optional). Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
