Ingredients
1 cup almond flour

1 tablespoon dried minced onion

1 large egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the egg and olive oil, then mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Remove the top parchment layer and transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
