Description

Frozen grapes are a naturally sweet and refreshing snack that require minimal prep. Perfect straight from the freezer, in smoothies, or as flavorful ice cubes in drinks.

Ingredients

2 cups seedless grapes (red, green, or black)

Optional: fresh lemon or lime juice

Optional: pinch of sea salt or chili powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse the grapes thoroughly under cold water and remove them from their stems.
  2. Pat the grapes dry with a clean towel or paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. (Optional) Toss grapes with lemon or lime juice and a pinch of sea salt or chili powder for extra flavor.
  4. Spread the grapes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or tray.
  5. Freeze the grapes for at least 4–5 hours, until completely frozen.
  6. Transfer the frozen grapes to an airtight container or freezer-safe bag.
  7. Enjoy straight from the freezer, in smoothies, or as ice cubes in drinks.

Notes

Cotton candy grapes offer a naturally sweeter variation.

Heavy lime juice and salt give a tangy flavor twist.

Sprinkle with Tajín for a spicy, zesty kick.

Use red grapes and skip extras for a kid-friendly version.

Green grapes provide a tart flavor ideal for smoothies.
