Description

A refreshing and creamy frozen yogurt bark made with Greek yogurt, natural sweetener, and topped with fruits, nuts, and chocolate for a simple yet wholesome treat.


Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

23 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

1/4 cup fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)

2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts)

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips or cacao nibs

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds

2 tbsp mini marshmallows (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle desired toppings evenly over the yogurt and gently press them into the surface.
  5. Freeze for 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer, peel off the parchment paper, and break into pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and fewer ice crystals.

Separate stored layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before eating for easier biting.

Regular yogurt can be used but may result in a slightly icier texture.

For a dairy-free version, use a thick plant-based yogurt alternative.
