Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced

- Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (7-8 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 1-2 minutes, until fragrant and golden.
- Add cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until cauliflower is tender but still has a bit of bite.
