Ingredients
2 cups broccoli florets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the broccoli florets in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning and black pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Spread the broccoli in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the florets are not overcrowded.
- Roast for 18–22 minutes, turning halfway through, until the broccoli is tender inside with lightly crisped, golden edges.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot and crisp.
Notes
Add freshly minced garlic before roasting for stronger garlic flavor.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese during the last few minutes for a richer finish (not vegan).
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving to brighten flavors.
Add sliced almonds during the last 5 minutes for extra crunch.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 375°F to restore crispiness.
