Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, mini marshmallows, sweetened condensed milk, chopped pecans (if using), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping, being careful not to deflate the fluffiness, until everything is evenly mixed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld and the fluff set.
- Serve chilled, optionally garnished with extra coconut or pecans for added texture and visual appeal.
Notes
Pecans are optional and can be replaced with toasted macadamia nuts for a tropical twist.
