2 cups boiling water
Instructions

- Carefully pour the boiling water over the ingredients.
- Gently stir the mixture to help the honey dissolve and distribute the spices evenly.
- Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes so the citrus and spices release their flavors.
- Pour the tea into cups and serve warm.
Notes
For a stronger ginger flavor, add extra diced ginger or lightly crush it before steeping.
Add additional lemon or orange slices for a brighter citrus flavor.
A pinch of black pepper can complement the turmeric.
Fresh mint leaves can be added for a refreshing twist.
Adjust sweetness by adding more honey to taste.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 24 hours.
Reheat gently on the stove or microwave without boiling to preserve flavor.
