Description

Keto Salami Roll Ups are a quick, no-cook, low-carb snack or appetizer featuring creamy cheese, crunchy veggies, and savory salami. They’re perfect for meal prep, party platters, or a satisfying keto-friendly bite anytime.


Ingredients

12 slices of deli salami

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup chopped dill pickles

1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: baby spinach or arugula leaves for added crunch


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped pickles, red bell pepper, chives, garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper until well combined.
  2. Lay the salami slices flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  3. Spread about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each slice of salami.
  4. If desired, place a small spinach or arugula leaf on top for extra crunch.
  5. Roll each salami slice tightly into a log and place seam side down on a plate.
  6. Refrigerate the roll-ups for at least 15 minutes to help them firm up.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
