Description

A tropical twist on frozen yogurt, this Mango Ninja Creami recipe is a smooth, refreshing, and naturally sweetened dessert made with real mangoes and Greek yogurt. It’s simple to make, customizable, and perfect for a healthy treat any time of year.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: a squeeze of lime juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the mango chunks, yogurt, sweetener, vanilla extract, and lime juice (if using) until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container, seal, and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami and run the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Sorbet” setting.
  4. If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk or plant-based milk and re-spin until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for best flavor; frozen mango chunks also work well.

Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt and maple syrup or agave.

Add toasted coconut or chopped frozen mango for extra texture.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and re-spin with a splash of milk if needed.
