Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
3/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber)
Ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
Instructions
- Add almond milk to a high-speed blender.
- Layer in the yogurt, banana, strawberries, and blueberries.
- Add honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add a few ice cubes and blend again for a thicker texture.
