Description

This Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap is a quick, flavorful meal combining seasoned ground beef with creamy nacho cheese and fresh veggies wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade seasoning)

1/2 cup water

1 cup nacho cheese sauce (or shredded cheddar cheese, melted)

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

Sour cream (optional)

Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water; stir and simmer until mixture thickens.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly in microwave or dry skillet for about 10 seconds.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of beef onto each tortilla.
  5. Drizzle nacho cheese sauce or melted cheddar cheese over the beef.
  6. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños if using.
  7. Add sour cream and salsa for extra flavor if desired.
  8. Roll up tortillas, folding in the sides to make neat wraps.

Notes

Optional add-ins: guacamole, sliced olives, avocado slices, chopped onions.

For a spicier wrap, add more jalapeños or hot sauce.

Use whole wheat or low-carb wraps for a lighter version.

Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge up to 2 days.

Reheat in skillet over low heat to keep tortillas from getting soggy.

Can prepare beef and veggies ahead, assemble wraps just before eating.

Substitute nacho cheese sauce with melted cheddar or queso dip.

Use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner meat option.

Make homemade taco seasoning with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Gluten-free option: use gluten-free tortillas or large lettuce leaves as wraps.
