1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and halved
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjusted to taste)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt alternative)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend the strawberries, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Stir in the Greek yogurt until fully incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and level the top.
- Freeze the container for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, process it in the Ninja Creami using the “Lite Ice Cream” or “Frozen Yogurt” setting.
- If the texture is crumbly, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk (dairy or non-dairy) and re-spin until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or return to the freezer for later.
Notes
Use mixed berries for a more complex flavor.
Substitute Greek yogurt with coconut or almond milk yogurt for a dairy-free option.
Fold in chopped fruit or dark chocolate chips after spinning for added texture.
Increase lemon juice slightly for extra tanginess.
A dash of cinnamon or basil adds a fun twist.
