Description

A luscious and easy-to-make layered dessert combining creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy graham cracker crust—no oven needed! This dessert is perfect for any occasion, especially when you want something delicious and simple to prepare.

Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups heavy whipping cream, chilled

1/4 cup granulated sugar

4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the layers.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream with granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  6. Layer half of the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Pour and spread half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the strawberries.
  8. Repeat layering with remaining cream cheese mixture, strawberries, and pudding.
  9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the layers to set.
  10. Before serving, garnish with additional fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time, ideally 4 hours or overnight for the best results.

For a different crust, try crushed cookies like Oreos or shortbread.

If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain them well to avoid excess moisture.

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with whipped coconut cream or use low-fat cream cheese.
