Quick to make with just a few ingredients, it’s a versatile dessert that can be customized with flavor variations or food coloring. Whether you’re making it for the holidays or as a quick snack, this fudge is a crowd-pleaser that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth

Ingredients

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)

½ cup chopped pistachios (plus extra for topping)

12 drops green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

  2. Flavor & Color: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract (optional), and food coloring (optional).

  3. Add Pistachios: Fold in chopped pistachios, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the fudge.

  4. Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top and gently press them into the mixture.

  5. Chill & Slice: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then slice into squares and enjoy.

Notes

If you don’t want to use food coloring, feel free to skip it for a more natural look.

You can easily swap pistachios for other nuts like almonds or pecans for a different flavor.

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
