Ingredients
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (340g) white chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
½ cup chopped pistachios (plus extra for topping)
1–2 drops green food coloring (optional)
Instructions

Melt the Chocolate: In a saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Flavor & Color: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, almond extract (optional), and food coloring (optional).

Add Pistachios: Fold in chopped pistachios, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the fudge.

Set the Fudge: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top and gently press them into the mixture.

Notes
If you don’t want to use food coloring, feel free to skip it for a more natural look.
