Ingredients
6 mini bagels, sliced in half
1 cup pizza sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup mini pepperoni slices (or regular pepperoni chopped)
2 tablespoons black olives, sliced (optional)
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced (optional)
Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the mini bagel halves cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce over each bagel half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly across all the bagels.
- Add the pepperoni slices and any other toppings, like olives or bell peppers.
- Sprinkle everything with Italian seasoning.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil if a crispier finish is desired.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
