Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies, crushed
6 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
1 (3.4‑ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon mint extract
Green food coloring, a few drops as needed
1 cup whipped topping (for topping)
Chocolate chips, for garnish
Green sprinkles, for garnish
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a zip-top bag and rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge.
- In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 2 cups of whipped topping.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled Oreo crust evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, mint extract, and green food coloring until thickened.
- Spread the mint pudding layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth it out with a spatula.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and green sprinkles for garnish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
