This S’mores Dip delivers all the gooey, chocolatey nostalgia of classic campfire s’mores in a warm, oven-baked skillet. With melty chocolate, toasty marshmallows, and a creamy layer of tangy cream cheese, it’s an easy and crowd-pleasing dessert ready in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom of an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Layer the mini marshmallows evenly on top of the chocolate.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
- Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping.
