Description

This S’mores Dip delivers all the gooey, chocolatey nostalgia of classic campfire s’mores in a warm, oven-baked skillet. With melty chocolate, toasty marshmallows, and a creamy layer of tangy cream cheese, it’s an easy and crowd-pleasing dessert ready in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

1 cup milk chocolate chips (or semi-sweet)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom of an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Layer the mini marshmallows evenly on top of the chocolate.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and the chocolate is melted.
  6. Serve immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fruit for dipping.

Best served hot and fresh for optimal gooeyness.

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 2 days.
