Description

Snoop Dogg’s Rolls Royce PB‑Chocolate Chip Cookies are a luxurious twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie, blending creamy peanut butter with buttery dough and rich semisweet chocolate for a soft, chewy treat with crispy edges.


Ingredients

1½ cups all-purpose flour (about 210 g)

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

2 sticks (1 cup; about 220 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature

½ cup (about 130 g) creamy peanut butter

½ cup (about 100 g) packed light brown sugar

½ cup (about 100 g) granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cups (about 360 g) semisweet chocolate chips or morsels


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and position one rack in the upper third and one in the lower third. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and well-blended.
  4. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
  6. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.
  7. Using a rounded tablespoon, drop dough mounds onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes, rotating the baking sheets and switching their rack positions halfway through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.

Notes

For a chunkier texture, use chocolate chunks instead of chips.
