Instructions

- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
- Crumble remaining cookie dough over the cheesecake layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until top is golden and center is set.
- Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
