Description

A luscious, no-bake layered dessert featuring ripe bananas, fresh strawberries, creamy vanilla pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and crunchy vanilla wafers, all topped with whipped topping for a cool and dreamy treat.

Ingredients

2 boxes vanilla wafers

6 to 8 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups milk

1 container fresh strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced

1 (5 oz) box French vanilla instant pudding mix

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 (12 oz) container whipped topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, blending until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the French vanilla pudding mix and milk to the bowl, stirring until fully combined and lump-free.
  3. In a large serving dish, layer vanilla wafers on the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of strawberries.
  5. Pour half of the pudding and cream cheese mixture over the fruit and wafers, spreading evenly.
  6. Repeat the layers: wafers, bananas, strawberries, and then the remaining pudding mixture.
  7. Spread the whipped topping smoothly over the top layer.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
