Description

These no-bake Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls are a perfect combination of indulgence and health. Packed with protein and natural sweetness, they’re ideal for a post-workout boost or a quick, energizing snack.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed

1/4 cup almond butter

2 tablespoons honey

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  2. Add the almond butter, honey, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until fully combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a small amount of water or more yogurt until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  6. Once set, enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

For a vegan version, swap Greek yogurt for dairy-free yogurt and honey for maple syrup or agave.

If you prefer a different protein powder flavor or brand, you can substitute as long as the consistency remains similar.

Ensure your oats are certified gluten-free if you need a gluten-free version.

These protein balls can be frozen for up to 3 months; just let them thaw for a few minutes before eating.
