Description

A vibrant and refreshing Sunrise Breakfast Smoothie packed with tropical fruits, oats, and chia seeds. It’s creamy, naturally sweet, and energizing—perfect for a quick, nutritious start to your day.

Ingredients

1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 banana

1/2 cup orange juice

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

34 ice cubes (optional, for thicker consistency)

Instructions

  1. Add the mango, pineapple, banana, orange juice, yogurt, oats, chia seeds, and sweetener (if using) into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes for a thicker consistency, and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  5. Optional: Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprinkle of chia seeds.

Notes

Swap Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt to make it dairy-free.

Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein.

Use almond milk instead of orange juice for a milder flavor.

Add spinach for a green smoothie version.

Add a spoonful of almond butter for extra healthy fats.

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
