1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups powdered sugar
1 ½ cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract.
- Mix everything together until the mixture is thick and sticky.
- If using, fold in mini chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the snowballs for at least 2 hours to allow them to set properly.
- Once set, roll the snowballs in additional shredded coconut or powdered sugar to coat them for an extra sweet touch.
- Store the snowballs in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
