Description

A quick and cozy dessert-like tortilla pizza topped with peanut butter, banana, raisins, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or a sweet treat.


Ingredients

1 large tortilla (frozen or fresh)

¼ cup natural peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

½ banana, diced

1 tablespoon raisins

1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds (or nuts of your choice)

34 dashes ground cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  2. Lay the tortilla flat on a baking sheet. No need to thaw if it’s frozen.
  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly across the surface of the tortilla.
  4. Scatter the diced banana pieces over the peanut butter.
  5. Sprinkle on the raisins and sunflower seeds or nuts.
  6. Add a few dashes of cinnamon across the top.
  7. Bake for 7–10 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the toppings are warmed through.
  8. Let cool slightly so the peanut butter firms up a bit, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Swap peanut butter with almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter for variety or dietary needs.

Try adding a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Sliced strawberries, chopped apricots, or mini chocolate chips make great topping variations.

Best served warm, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Reheat in an oven or toaster oven for best texture.
