Ingredients
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 ripe banana
3/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Add the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana, coconut milk, and orange juice to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add the honey and ice to the blender.
- Blend again until thick and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add Greek yogurt.
Swap coconut milk with almond, oat, or dairy milk if preferred.
Add a handful of spinach for a nutrient boost without strong flavor change.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and shake before drinking.
