Description

A bright and refreshing tropical smoothie made with pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk for a naturally sweet and creamy drink.


Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup frozen mango chunks

1 ripe banana

3/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup ice


Instructions

  1. Add the frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana, coconut milk, and orange juice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the honey and ice to the blender.
  4. Blend again until thick and fully combined.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey if needed.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add Greek yogurt.

Swap coconut milk with almond, oat, or dairy milk if preferred.

Add a handful of spinach for a nutrient boost without strong flavor change.
